Parish Administrator

Our parish is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and service-oriented individual to serve as our Parish Administrator. This position plays a vital role in supporting the spiritual and operational life of our parish community. The Parish Administrator supports the Priest, Parish Council, ministries and parishioners and serves as the central hub for communication, scheduling, sacramental coordination, and facilities oversight.

The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, efficiency, and a passion for service to help foster a welcoming environment for all members of the congregation. Duties

  • Manage daily parish operations and reception duties
  • Maintain parish master calendar and coordinate sacraments and events
  • Prepare and distribute weekly electronic and printed communications
  • Coordinate facility use and vendor services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience in a church or nonprofit setting preferred but not required
