CrossRoad Institute is a national nonprofit ministry dedicated to forming young Orthodox Christians through transformative educational and spiritual programs. Through summer institutes, alumni engagement, and ongoing mentorship, CrossRoad helps participants deepen their faith, build lifelong friendships, and discern their calling in the Church and the world.

About the Parenting Network
The CrossRoad Parenting Network nurtures parents as they raise their children to develop a lifelong Orthodox Christian faith. The program includes the first IRB-approved national study of Orthodox parents in the U.S., alumni support groups for parents and Christian educators, and the development of future trainings, resources, and publications—including a forthcoming book.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination (Part-Time Scope)
- Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deadlines
- Coordinate logistics with staff, contractors, and vendors as needed
- Support preparation for key project phases, launches, or deliverables
- Provide administrative support to the Director of the Parenting Program
- Coordinate travel arrangements for meetings, events, or recordings
- Assist with internal and external communications to partners or contributors as directed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in administrative or project support roles
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines within limited weekly hours
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with Asana and Salesforce preferred
