Operations Manager
Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities and ensure smooth functioning of our church campus. This role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bidding and oversight of contracts, ensuring timely and quality completion of contractor work.
- Participate in key committees and contribute to operational planning, as well as capital planning.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to budgets related to complex building operations.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning, including minor plumbing, painting, and electrical work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, including general maintenance and contract oversight.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Dependable team player with a proactive approach.
Compensation
Based on candidate qualifications and job scope.
Timeline
We aim to fill this position by April 1st, but we can be flexible for the right candidate.
