Greek Language Teacher - Saturday School

The Pythagoras Greek School of Saint John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church is seeking a teacher for its Saturday program. We are looking for an educator with a passion for the Greek language, history, and culture, as well as a commitment to fostering and preserving children’s Greek identity within the context of the Greek Orthodox Christian faith. The ideal candidate will help create a positive and supportive learning environment by offering students guidance, encouragement, and a meaningful connection to their Greek heritage and traditions. Responsibility, collaboration, a love for working with children, and a spirit of service to the community are essential qualities for this role. Prior classroom experience is highly valued, while experience preparing students for the Ellinomatheia certification examinations is considered a significant asset for this position.
