Job Description

This role helps create an orderly, peaceful, and well-run environment where teachers can teach, students can learn, and families feel cared for. The Administrative Assistant carries the daily clerical and organizational tasks that keep the school functioning smoothly, while supporting the Head of School, faculty, and families with warmth, clarity, and pastoral sensitivity.

Working under the Head of School, the Administrative Assistant plays a vital part in the ministry of the school by managing communication, attendance, records, scheduling, and the practical needs of classrooms and families. This role requires attentiveness, discretion, and a calm presence — someone who can handle the daily flow of school life with grace and reliability.
