CrossRoad Institute (CRI) is a dynamic and growing organization committed to developing and supporting Orthodox Christian leaders through formative programs rooted in faith, community, and service. Our work is mission-driven and deeply connected to the life of the Orthodox Church, particularly parish ministry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Programs Administrator to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple program leads and directors concurrently
  • Coordinate event logistics and scheduling for in-person and virtual programs
  • Manage travel logistics for staff, speakers, and program participants
  • Maintain digital and physical file organization for efficient access and compliance
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Program Directors
  • Handle reimbursements and financial documentation in coordination with finance staff
  • Ensure clear, professional communication across all program areas, including correspondence with partners, families, and vendors

Qualifications:

  • High multi-tasking ability, exceptional time management and the ability to adjust focus between various program details and personalities
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 10+ years of paid work experience in a highly administrative or operations-focused role
  • Prior experience as a legal secretary/educator or administrator of a small organization (balancing the needs of many) would be helping in adapting to this role
  • Proven track record of organizational excellence, time management, and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences
  • Quick thinker with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Orthodox Christian parish life and a personal connection to the mission of CRI strongly preferred

  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, mission-driven work environment
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and working across different program areas
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Jotform, and more
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines independently
  • Previous nonprofit or administrative experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce) is a plus

Position Details:

  • Remote work with travel required several times per year
  • Full-time, salaried position
  • Flexible hours during non-program seasons; more intensive hours during live programming
