You are highly organized and would enjoy a detail-oriented position where you are responsible for managing multiple calendars and deadlines for dozens of global projects. You will be the Department point-person for keeping track of incoming proposals, reports, financial receipts, and other project-related documentation. You have experience or the skills needed to create well-organized, logical filing systems, to ensure that project files are complete and records are easily retrievable. You can organize and present information in words and charts. Strong writing skills are essential, as is a basic understanding of Church protocols, because this role will have frequent communication with Church partners in other countries. You have excellent proofreading skills, both with words and numbers. You ideally have experience with Excel and spreadsheets, but if not, you’re not afraid to learn!
