Custodian

The custodian will be responsible for keeping the building clean, attractive and well maintained, inside and out:

• Cleaning bathrooms in the church, office, and school
• Removing trash from offices and kitchen and dining areas
• Taking care of the duties in the Main Church and Chapels
• Maintain attractive grounds, performing basic functions outdoors such as care of flowerbeds, watering, shoveling snow and other maintenance duties
• Perform minor repairs, including but not limited to masonry, electrical systems, plumbing and immediate temporary repairs in an emergency
• Set up and take down the sanctuary and rooms as needed for classes and meetings.
• Distributing heavy boxes/mail to school as needed
• Secures the buildings and checks grounds regularly
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Church Administrator (check daily task lists)
