Youth Minister Director
To be considered for the position, an applicant must be a committed and practicing Orthodox Christian in good standing who maintains a love for Christ and His Church. He/she must also have:
- Knowledge of and the ability to practically apply the teachings of the Orthodox Church
- Experience and passion for working with young people and their families to connect them to Christ and His Church
- Ability to to "dive deeper" with youth and young adults to provide spiritual guidance and support
- Leadership experience (preferably in a ministry setting) and the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team of ministry volunteers
- An engaging, outgoing personality and the interpersonal skills to effectively work with people of all ages
- Exceptional administrative & organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Desire to be an active and engaged member of both the parish and local communities
- Attitude of a servant leader
