Teaching Positions

St. Peter's Classical School is a small, Orthodox Christian, private school in southwest Ft. Worth, Texas for students age 3 through Grade 12. 


The school is looking to hire several full-time and part-time teachers for the 2022-2023 academic year. Current openings include: 


Third and Fifth Grade classroom teachers, responsible for teaching all core subjects, including math, spelling, science, literature, grammar, and history. No more than 12 students in your classroom. Full-time position. 

Lower School Latin. This role could be full-time or part-time, teaching Latin to several grades in the Lower School and possibly Middle School. 

Middle School Literature. Part-time role, teaching Literature and Composition to students in 7th and 8th grades. 

Physical Education. This role could could be full-time or part-time, teaching PE to many grades across the school. 


Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or higher, classroom teaching experience, demonstrated interest and competency in the relevant academic field, and a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ. 


St. Peter's features small class sizes, a rigorous classical curriculum, a strong Orthodox Christian ethos with daily chapel, and a generous tuition remission policy for children of full-time faculty. Bachelor's degree or higher in a discipline relevant to the teaching role 

At least one year of classroom teaching experience 

Love for students and a vibrant personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord, God, and Savior
