Take the overall content furnished by our team and transform it into eye-catching social media posts. Engage with thought-provoking dialogues.

You’ll work in a dynamic, creative and collaborative organization and lead the Order’s social media presence across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.

You’ll be empowered to challenge the organization to find new and creative ways to advance our mission.

 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Work alongside our Archdiocesan spiritual and lay leaders, plus very knowledgeable subject matter experts and an awesome in-house graphic designer to generate, create, edit, publish, share and engage with daily content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) for the Order of Saint Andrew across all social media channels and all demographics.

Design and implement a best-in-class, 21st century social media strategy that aligns with the Order of Saint Andrew’s goals.

Lead our social communities and maintain our exceptional relationship with our community through both:

  • Proactive community management – Explore what’s happening in the community, proactively engage with community members on behalf of the organization, and gather feedback to optimize content and identify new opportunities.
  • Reactive community management — Respond to most comments (good or bad) within a best-in-class response time. Monitor comments and messages via all social channels and analyze and report on key themes. Monitor sensitive conversations and escalate to key-stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Marketing experience in digital marketing PPC ad strategies and measurements across as many ad platforms as possible such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Tik-Tok, Reddit, etc. will be a plus
  • Manage social media budget and surpass targeted KPI's and goals
  • Recommend and implement new features and functionalities to develop our “brand” awareness
  • Excellent multi-tasking, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible for the overall strategy of social marketing, including the development and execution of organic social marketing campaigns and tactics
  • Oversee and manage campaign planning, content calendars, publishing, and results reporting
  • Conceptualize, create and curate content while analyzing data insights in order to grow audience and engagement
  • Deliver measurement and reporting of results and optimization plans and communicate this to cross functional team and directly to the leadership team

Qualifications

  • 2 years Digital Marketing (Required)
  • Social Media Management: 3+ years (Preferred)
  • Marketing: 2+ years (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

 

Hours:

Exempt position with a 40 hour per week (flexible daily schedule)

 

Maintain our exceptional relationship with our community by posting and responding to all comments (good or bad) within a best-in-class response time, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

 

Some travel required to attend Order of Saint Andrew functions
