CrossRoad Institute (CRI) is a growing non-profit Orthodox Christian organization looking for a Project Administrator to provide administrative support for all aspects of the Telos Project, which is designed to help our parishes love young adults and our young adults love Christ and our parishes. The Project Administrator will help the CRI team roll out phase 2 of the Telos Project which makes phase 1 learning more broadly accessible to many more parishes. CRI is looking for a qualified individual with a love for Christ and Orthodox Christian parishes who loves excellent administration, has a high level of energy and motivation, and is willing/able to use the Asana project management system consistently and effectively.
The Telos Project Administrator will work closely with Telos leadership, ensuring seamless execution of current and new projects of Telos. The position is remote or in-person in Cambridge, MA. Some travel required including bi-annual team meetings in Cambridge and other locations. Salary commensurate with experience.
