Project Manager

Job Summary

Work with Departments and C-suite to manage time, scope, quality, and budget of Archdiocesan projects. The PM leverages the project management application to track progress, set goals, and manage tasks of specific projects. Primary focus is on implementation of project goals and vision.

Principal Areas of Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and goal setting 10%
  • Project Implementation (working with different departments and stakeholders to complete project deliverables) 60%
  • Project Communication (arranging and participating in meets, showing project progress and adjustments, connecting with varying stakeholders) 20%
  • Project Documentation and tracking 10%


  • Bachelor’s degree required (Masters in Theology or Business a plus)
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a non-profit, religious, or cultural organization
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelines
  • English Language Proficient (Greek proficiency, a plus)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus

Salary: $75,000.
