The Office Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the church office, including the coordination of all clerical activities and facility operations.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Handle Church correspondence
2. Preparation of Bulletin
3. Secretarial support to Pastoral staff
4. Maintenance of office files
5. Keys: Provide keys to personnel as needed
6. Handle incoming mail
7. Receive visitors to office and respond to needs
8. Handle the telephone and answering voicemail
