Job Description

Front line position in an establisehd mid size parish, working with two Priests and Parish Administrator. Responsibilities  will include greeting parishioners and  guests, answering phones, assisting with weekly bulletin and publishing the bi monthly bulletin. Coordination of master calendar and working with webmaster in maintaining electronic communications.  Other Responsiblies include scheduling, processing and recording all sacraments. Clerical duties will include  weekly processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Recievable and coordination of bulk mailings and weekly email blast.     

Job Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office including : Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook;

Knowledge of Parish Data Systems and Quickbooks a plus;

Strong interpersonal communication skills; 

Good writing and verbal skills;

Organization skills a must in filing including electronic files;

Professional etiquette and a high degree of confidentiality at all levels;

Experience in an office environment minimum 3 years;

Knowledge of Greek and Spanish Language helpful but not required;
